Offshore Geotechnical Investigation Work at Payra Port, Patuakhali for Payra Authority

GEL has awarded  the Paira Port Jetty work which is a ongoiong investigation work on sea. The scope of work includes:

1. Drilling of 21 Nos. of Boreholes upto depth of 100m from the sea bed by using Jack up Barge at a water depth from 10m to 15m.
2. Conduct SPT at 1.5m intervals
3. Collection of Disturbed Samples by split spoon samplers.
4. Collection Undisturbed samples by Thin Walled Shelby Tube.
5. Perform Particle Size Distribution, Natural Moisture Content test, Atterberg limit Test, Specific gravity test, Direct Shear Test, Unconfined Compression Strength Test, 1-D Consolidation test, Unconsolidated Undrained Triaxial Test.
6. Prepare a Geotechnical investigation Report based on collected data.
